Time Warner Cable's business services unit is making two cable TV tiers available to sales-agent partners to offer a triple-play to small and midsize business customers.
The Business Cable TV service, available now in all Time Warner Cable markets, coms in two packages: a standard cable TV service with 77 channels; and an enhanced package with more than 300 channels of additional news, entertainment and sports channels. HD channels are available with both.
One of the first sales agents in the Time Warner Cable Business Class partner program to offer cable TV is Intelisys Communications, a telecom sales agency in Petaluma, Calif., that represents 30 carriers nationwide.
"The beauty of TWC's cable TV offering is that it allows our sales partners to sell another viable communications product to their customers," said Intelisys president of telecom services Jay Bradley said in a statement. "This is a real value-add for our partners because it provides another opportunity to fill the needs of the customer. And they have the added benefit of working with just one provider - all on one monthly bill."
Pricing varies based on market and a customer's bundle choices, TWC spokesman Justin Venech said.
Time Warner Cable Business Class provides data, voice and video services more than 280,000 businesses across the MSO's 23 divisions.
