On-demand-software provider Everstream Inc. said Time Warner Cable's national division is deploying its "3.0" operational-intelligence software.
The product will allow the MSO’s marketers and engineers to follow subscriber activity and deactivation, plus video-on-demand-session quality and growth rates.
"By using the ‘S4 Oi’ software, we have been able to more effectively measure our progress with video-on-demand, pinpointing areas in which to focus our efforts," said Dick Amell, vice president of engineering at Time Warner Cable.
Everstream is integrated into Concurrent Computer Corp.'s "MediaHawk" VOD platform for the Time Warner Cable rollouts.
Everstream said the new version of its software provides new metrics for marketers on subscriber consumption trends.
