Time Warner Extends CSG Pacts

Time Warner Cable of New York City has extended its customer-care and
billing-services agreement with CSG Systems International Inc., the companies
announced Monday.

Under the terms of the three-year contract, Englewood, Colo.-based CSG will
continue to provide products and services enabling the operator to deliver
enhanced customer service and support to its 1.2 million subscribers in the New
York area.

The agreement calls for Time Warner to license CSG's 'Customer Relationship
Management' solution and 'ACSR' in a 'lite-client' environment. The operator
will also license 'CSG Vantage,' which allows analysis of marketing data to
monitor the behavior of the customer, and computer-based training modules. In
addition, Time Warner will utilize CSG's 'Direct Solutions' print and mail
services.

CSG will also fully support the New York system with its 'Interactive
Services Architecture Project.' The goal of this project is to create an
industry standard for vendors, partners and application suppliers to talk to one
another as new interactive services are rolled out to consumers.

'Our partnership with CSG will allow us to continue to provide our customers
next-generation products and high-quality service,' Time Warner Cable of New
York City senior vice president and general manager Howard Szarfarc said in a
prepared statement.

'Working with CSG will enable us to continue to leverage new, innovative
technology that increases scalability, flexibility and efficiency,' he added.
'By supporting the ISA project, CSG will work alongside TWC while we better
define our interactive-services strategy.'
