Time Warner Names Division Heads

Time Warner Cable has named new division presidents in Rochester, N.Y.,
and Kansas City, Mo., officials said Friday.

Jeffrey Hirsch has been appointed division president in Rochester, replacing
Tom Adams, who was recently moved to the MSO's system in Raleigh, N.C., as its
president.

The Rochester cable operation serves roughly 325,000 subscribers in the
Rochester, Finger Lakes and Batavia regions.

Most recently, Hirsch was vice president and general manager of Time Warner's
system in Greater Columbia, S.C., which has 193,000 subscribers.

In Kansas City, Time Warner named Robert Moel president of that division,
succeeding Bob Niles, who has retired.

Most recently, Moel was president for Time Warner in Shreveport, La.

The MSO's Kansas City operation serves 556,000
subscribers.
