Time Warner Rides CSG ‘Express’

Time Warner Cable's southwest-Ohio division became the first customer to use CSG Systems International Inc.’s “Workforce Express” as a stand-alone work-force-management solution with a third-party billing system supplying the underlying customer-account information, the vendor said.

CSG added that the operator has improved routing of its technicians and tracking of field-personnel location and job status and gained better estimated-time-of-arrival data.

The Workforce Express solution allows dispatchers and field technicians to access and more efficiently complete installation and service-oriented tasks and wirelessly send field updates back to the home office.
