Time Warner Cable chairman and CEO Glenn A. Britt was elected to Xerox Corp.’s board of directors, Xerox said Friday.
Britt has been the MSO’s chairman and CEO since August 2001.
"As a respected leader with a solid track record in business development, finance and technology, Glenn brings to Xerox a unique set of skills and experience that will serve shareholders well and complement the strong talent of our board," Xerox chairman and CEO Anne M. Mulcahy said in a prepared statement.
