New York -- Time Warner Inc. last week named Michael Dunn
chief technology officer. Dunn, 40, was previously at Dell Computer Corp., where he held
the same post for Dell's online unit.
At Time Warner, Dunn will oversee technology research and
development, architecture, infrastructure design and standards.
He will also play a significant role in Time Warner Digital
Media's efforts, which center on the company's five vertical Internet hubs. In
that capacity, he will work with Richard Bressler, chairman and CEO of the unit.
