TLC will bring back its home makeover series Trading Spaces for a second season, the network said Wednesday.
The series, which returned to the network in April after a 10-year hiatus, will launch its second season sometime in 2019, according to the network. The inaugural return season of Trading Spaces – hosted by Paige Davis -- currently ranks as the top rated cable show in its premiere time period among key women 18-49 and 25-54, according to the network.
A network official said casting for the series' second season would be announced at a later date.
The season one finale of Trading Spaces will air Saturday (June 2), said TLC officials.
“The response to the revival of Trading Spaces, from longtime devotees to newfound superfans alike, has been seismic, and we are proud to continue the celebration in 2019,” said Howard Lee, president and general manager of TLC in a statement. “We look forward to our designers and carpenters bringing more color, design risk and most of all, fun, into homes across the country in the upcoming season.”
