The game, in which the Warriors defeated the Thunder in Game 7 of the Western Conference finals to advance to the NBA Finals, generated 2.3 million tweets from 769,000 unique Twitter authors to dunk the 201,000 tweets generated by NBC’s telecast of Game 1 of the NHL Stanley Cup Finals between The San Jose Sharks and the Pittsburgh Penguins, according to Nielsen’s daily Twitter TV ratings.
TNT said its telecast was the most watched NBA game ever on cable, averaging 15.9 million viewers and a 11.2 rating, according to Nielsen Fast Nationals.

USA’s WWE Monday Night Raw telecast was the most tweeted entertainment show on Memorial Day, generating 198,000 tweets from 43,000 unique Twitter authors, according to Nielsen. ABC’s The Bachelorette, VH1’s Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, History’s Roots and MTV’s Scream followed closely behind.
