TNT and USA Network tied for first place in the primetime ratings in the second quarter, according to data released Tuesday.
Both networks posted 2.2 ratings, according to an ABC Disney Cable Networks analysis of Nielsen Media Research data. TNT was down 8% from a 2.4 in the year-ago quarter, while USA was up 16% from a 1.9, getting a boost from wrestling.
Disney Channel followed them with a 2.1 primetime rating, up 17% from last year.
Nick at Nite, ESPN and Cartoon Network each registered 1.4 ratings. NAN was down 22% from last year; ESPN soared 27% with the help of the National Basketball Association playoffs; and Cartoon slipped 7%.
TBS and Lifetime Television each registered 1.3 primetime ratings in the quarter, with TBS down 7% and Lifetime slipping 13%.
Fox News Channel garnered a 1.2 primetime rating, a 14% drop.
Spike TV, FX and Hallmark Channel each earned 1.1 ratings. Spike TV saw a 15% drop, FX gained 10% and Hallmark was up 22%.
