Rudy Tober has joined James Cable Holdings LLC as vice president of marketing.
Tober had held the same title at Bresnan Communications, and he had previously held marketing posts with Charter Communications Inc., Time Warner Cable and Comcast Corp.
James Cable owns, operates and develops cable systems serving rural communities in Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, Colorado, Wyoming, Tennessee, Alabama and Florida. The company is owned by GoldenTree Asset Management, an investment firm with approximately $7 billion in assets under its management.
