Todobebé, the Spanish-language multimedia content and licensing property, this summer inked new agreements to air its syndicated show, ¡Viva la Familia de Todobebé!, in five additional countries.

The show will be carried by national broadcast-TV networks in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Paraguay.

Specific launch dates are yet to be announced, but Todobebé producers said the show will be up and running by the end of September in each country.

The agreements, financial terms of which were not disclosed, were negotiated through Caracol International, Todobebé's distributor for the shows in Central and South America. A separate agreement was also concluded to bring the show to Honduras in October. The company is also in negotiations with a network in El Salvador.

"Overall, we think we'll be in eight or nine Latin American countries by year's end," said executive producer Julia Dangond.
This fall, the show will tape its upcoming season, in which will it retain the current format but will no longer be hosted full-time by Aracely Arámbula. "She is going to continue to participate [in the show] with us, but not 100% as before," said Dangond.

The syndicated, one-hour parenting show is currently licensed in the U.S. to Univision and is available in Mexico through Grupo Televisa's Canal de las Estrellas and in Colombia through Caracol. Main sponsors include Wal-Mart, Clorox, Procter & Gamble, Fisher-Price and Nestlé.
