Tremblay Named VP of Ad Sales for Fox Reality

Jim Tremblay was promoted to vice president of advertising sales for Fox Reality Channel, officials said Monday.

Tremblay has been part of the Fox Reality team, leading the channel’s advertising efforts since its launch in May 2005. He reports to Michael Brochstein, senior vice president of advertising sales for Fox Cable Entertainment.

A seven-year member of the Fox Cable Networks advertising sales team, Tremblay is now dedicated to the multi-platform network and will oversee all advertising partnerships for Fox Reality Channel and its digital services including wireless, broadband and mobile video providers.

In the last two years, Fox Reality Channel originals such as American Idol Extra, The Search for the Next Elvira, The Academy and Reality Remix have included advertisers such as Cingular (now AT&T), Coca-Cola, Unilever, Geico, Ford, Garnier, Dave n’ Busters, Warner Bros., Buena Vista, and 20th Century Fox.

Tremblay joined the advertising sales group in 2000 as account executive for FX and National Geographic Channel and previously was vice president of sales at Katz Media Group. He is based in Fox Cable’s advertising sales headquarters in New York, and will work with Fox One and Fox Broadcasting’s advertising teams to create synergies and value for advertisers across the company.

Tremblay is married with two children and lives in East Williston, N.Y.
