Mari Ghueneim’s has been appointed vice president of digital strategy and development and Daniel Manu as senior director of digital programming, according to truTV.
The two join as the network is going through an image rebranding, airing a number of original series, as well as advertising their new campaign called Way More Fun.
“It is a rare opportunity to join a network at a time of so much transformation," said Ghuneim. "I am excited to work with the talented team at truTV.”
In her new role, Ghuneim will report to senior vice president of marketing and digital, Puja Vohra, guiding the network’s digital strategy, creating and spreading truTV practices throughout unique platforms.4
Manu’s new position consists of increasing creative content through marketing and brand initiatives.

During their careers, Ghuneim and Manu have received the Ad Age Media Vanguard Award, as well as many more honors. Ghuneim has been named one of the top women in cable technology by Cablefax, and Manu earned accolades such as an OMMA and a Bloggie Award.
