Turnberry Solutions, a tech consultancy company, said it has launched self-service acquisition and customer care products tailored for the cable industry.

Powered by the Turnberry Service Enablement Platform, the new MSO Customer Acquisition & Care Portal portals offer a hosted, turnkey, streamlined, self-service option that enables cable operators to add new customers and manage orders for business and residential services, the company said.

A spokeswoman for  Blue Bell, Pa.-based Turnberry said a top five MSO has deployed the new platform.

”Turnberry now offers a service enablement platform that is the foundation for a full line of SaaS [software-as-a-service] products.  These products are designed for cable service providers to seamlessly automate serviceability and ordering processes which are fully integrated with back office systems, resulting in significantly increased productivity for MSOs,” said Turnberry co-founder and CTO Peter Davis, in a release.
