TV Guide magazine has trotted out a redesign -- its first in a decade --
with its most popular annual issue, the "Fall Preview," on newsstands now.
Owned by Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc., the title -- which counts a
weekly circulation of 9 million -- features a more contemporary logo, improved
cover photos and an updated, easier-to-use format to help consumers more easily
navigate seemingly countless programming choices.
Officials said it also adds 10 new pages of editorial content, including a
gatefold with an expanded "What to Watch" section; more in-depth features and
behind-the-scenes articles; and new-product updates on video-on-demand and HDTV
