TV One will explore the issues surrounding Black America and law enforcement Tuesday as part of a town hall meeting.

The special, State of Emergency: Baltimore and Beyond A News One Now Town Hall Meeting will be hosted by News One Now Host Roland Martin will feature a panel of newsmakers, politicians, law enforcement officers and civil rights activists discussing the impact of officer-involved deaths in Baltimore, Cleveland, Ferguson, New York and South Carolina on the relationship between the black community and police.

"News One Now has been a consistent platform for exploring issues important to African Americans, including the crises in Ferguson, New York, and most recently Baltimore," said Martin in a statement. "With this primetime special, we aim to broaden the national discussion on race in America, especially as it relates to the underlying tensions between police and the Black community."
