Underwood, Tyler to Team on 'CMT Crossroads' the Night before Super Bowl XLVI

Aerosmith front man and American Idol judge Steven Tyler will team with country star and American Idol 2005 winner Carrie Underwood as the latest duo on CMT Crossroads, the night before Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis.
Tyler and Underwood, joining the roster of 40 cross-genre pairings on the CMT franchise, will perform at a private concert at Pepsi Coliseum at the Indiana State Fair Grounds as part of the Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam. The show will air on CMT at 11 p.m. (ET)/10 p.m. (CT) that night.
Underwood and Tyler performed together in 2011 at the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas, where they performed her No. 1 song "Undo It" followed by Aerosmith's"Walk This Way."
Tyler, who along with his Aerosmith mates appeared at halftime of Super Bowl XLIV, and Underwood follow such musical notables as Bon Jovi and Sugarland; John Mayer and Keith Urban; Kelly Clarkson and Reba McEntire; Joss Stone and LeAnn Rimes; Robert Plant and Alison Krauss; Def Leppard and Taylor Swift; Train and Martina McBride; and The Pretenders and Faith Hill, on the show.
