Barry Diller's USA Interactive, on an acknowledged hunt for acquisitions,
said Friday that it agreed to buy time-share-services provider Interval
International for about $578 million in cash and stock.
USAi, which owns HSN, said the deal would boost its 2003 cash flow and cash
earnings per share.
USAi expects $220 million of revenue and $60 million of cash flow from
Miami-based Interval in 2003.
