Viacom Inc. will stop the programming clock on 13 of its networks March 26 to
promote the release of Paramount Pictures/Nickelodeon Movies theatrical
Clockstoppers.

At 8 p.m. that night, the networks will promote the 'Clockstoppers

can call for a chance to win a trip around the world via private jet.

Once the winner is announced, 12 of the networks will return to their
scheduled programming, while Nickelodeon will continue to offer additional
prizes to viewers who call the toll-free number.

Clockstoppers, a science-fiction film, is set to open nationwide March
29.

Participating Viacom networks are Black Entertainment Television, Country
Music Television, MTV: Music Television, MTV2, Nickelodeon, Nickelodeon Games
& Sports, Noggin, TNN: The National Network, TV Land, VH1, VH1 Classic, VH1
Soul and VH1 Country.

Viacom also plans to promote the toll-free number on several of its Web
sites, and its radio stations will promote the contest to help drive
tune-in.
