Charter Communications Inc. CEO Carl Vogel and Extreme Networks Inc. CEO Gordon L. Stitt have been named to RGB Networks’ board of directors.
RGB designs and builds interoperable, open-protocol-based video-processing and bandwidth-management products that allow cable operators and other video-service providers to leverage existing network investments to deliver advanced, secure, revenue-generating services.
“I have great confidence in the prospects of this company's exciting technology and ability to translate technology into competitive products for the broadband industry,” Vogel said in a prepared statement.
