Voice-over-Internet-protocol telephone provider Vonage Holdings Corp. has signed its second cable deal, with CableAmerica Corp., and announced a new $14.99-per-month pricing plan.
The CableAmerica deal follows on the heels of Vonage's agreement with Armstrong Group of Cos.
