Louis Mamakos has joined Vonage Holdings Corp. as chief technology officer.
Mamakos had been technical consultant to the president and CTO at Hyperchip Inc.
In his new role, he will oversee all technology operations, development and planning of the voice-over-Internet-protocol provider’s business. He reports to CEO Jeffrey Citron.
