Vonage Holdings Corp. said Friday that it has reached a technology agreement with Texas Instruments Inc., Reuters reported.

Under terms of the deal, TI will design its voice-over-Internet-protocol chips to work with Vonage’s VoIP service.

TI supplies most VoIP chips, Reuters said.
