WE: Women’s Entertainment said Monday that it has secured two sponsors for Under the Tents.
Maybelline New York and John Frieda Professional Hair Care will sponsor the half-hour special, which provides a behind-the-scenes look at the fashion trends from the 2006 fall collections at New York Fashion Week.
Under the Tents will debut Feb. 15 at 10:30 p.m.
The two sponsors will receive tagged tune-ins, billboards and customized vignettes highlighting the hottest beauty trends of the season, with a particular focus on hair and makeup, and they will both receive logo presence in a full-page ad promoting the special running in Life&Style Magazine, as well as online presence on WE’s Web site (www.we.tv).
“We are pleased to be able to pair our sponsors with fashion programming that is not only an exclusive industry insider event, but also a topic that is so appealing and universal to women everywhere,” Rainbow National Network Advertising Sales president Arlene Manos said in a prepared statement.
“Under the Tents reinforces WE’s commitment to provide our viewers with informative programming that is also fun to watch, and it positions WE as the television destination for women,” she added.
