Superstation WGN will manage its ad-sales operations with INVISION Inc.'s “DealMaker” system under terms of a deal announced Wednesday.
DealMaker is an integrated system for deal management, inventory control, pricing and planning, revenue reporting and account stewardship.
“The system -- designed to optimize revenue, manage inventory and simplify the planning and order-maintenance process -- will be implemented for use by sales and inventory managers, planners and assistants for the Superstation," INVISION CEO Christine Watkins said in a prepared statement.
“The system is scalable and flexible, giving the sales organization the tools they need to ensure that they are maximizing their ad-sales revenue and providing premier customer service to their agencies and advertisers,” she added.
WGN currently reaches more than 66 million homes.
