Adelphia Communications Corp. founder John Rigas and his kids can continue to chop down trees in Pennsylvania in order to make enough money to pay their legal fees and living expenses, a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge ruled Tuesday.

Reuters reported that Adelphia had sought to freeze Rigas-family-owned assets in which the MSO may hold a stake. But the court said the family could harvest trees for the next 10 days to cover its expenses.
