WildBlue Beefs Up Support Services

WildBlue Communications, a leading satellite broadband provider, has improved its support services for advanced trouble calls by contracting with Peak8 Solutions for advanced solutions.

WildBlue will use the products in the Supportal Solution Suite, which offers intelligent self-help, assisted help via chat or customer care representatives, content delivery of consumer electronic solutions and remote support services.

Anoosh Shahidi, vice president of business operations for WildBlue, said the company will use the support services to augment its in-house technical support.
