WSNet -- which offers analog and digital programming to private and
franchised cable systems -- has signed a deal with AT&T Broadband's Headend
in the Sky service that will provide unwired cable areas with greater choice in
digital programming.

'Prior to this agreement, cable operators could not cost effectively service
unwired areas in their region,' WSNet chief operating officer Stuart Lefkowitz
said in a prepared statement.

WSNet provides programming to more than 750,000 subscribers in the United
States.

HITS distributes 150 channels on 13 transponders to more than 2,000
headends.
