YES Wins in N.J. Assembly

By an overwhelming vote, the New Jersey Assembly voted to approve a measure
that could make it illegal for Cablevision Systems Corp. to refuse to carry Leo
J. Hindery Jr.'s Yankees Entertainment & Sports Network.

The state Senate must still approve the final language of the bill, which

millions of dollars to the YES Network and its investors."

The measure was approved on a 47-20 vote. Five assembly members
