The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers announced Wednesday that it
is accepting nominations for its "Young Engineer of the Year Award."
Sponsored by Pace Micro Technology plc, Multichannel News and the
SCTE, the award highlights the outstanding achievements of an engineering
professional under the age of 30.
The winner will receive $1,000 and an all-expenses-paid trip to the SCTE’s
Conference on Emerging Technologies Jan. 13-15 in Dallas, where the award will
