E! highlights for the month of August

·         E!'s most watched August ever, averaging 327,000 total viewers this month.

·         Continuing to attract a large audience, DR. 90210 premiered its 4th season this month, outperforming last season's debut by +24% among Households.

·         Mid-month, E! extended the seasons of its hit shows THE GIRLS NEXT DOOR and SUNSET TAN with all new episodes which continue to boost the network.

o   In its premiere Sunday night time-slot, THE GIRLS NEXT DOOR is averaging over 1 million total viewers per episode and more than doubling E!'s 3Q07 to date evening average among Households.

o   SUNSET TAN returned on Sunday, 8/19/07 posting its series best among Households and across both key Adult 18-34 and Adult 18-49 demos.  The show is averaging nearly 1 million total viewers while also more than doubling E!'s 3Q07 to date evening average among Households.

·         E!'s latest series CHELSEA LATELY continues to deliver strong marks since its July debut, reaching over 15 million total viewers to date.

E! ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISION ANNOUNCES NEW REALITY SERIES WITH SNOOP DOGG AND FAMILY

LOS ANGELES - July 13, 2007 - It's a Dogg's life for the man they call Snoop.  As a mega-successful recording artist, producer and actor, Snoop Dogg has carved out a permanent place in musical history as hip hop's ultimate wordsmith and most laid back superstar.  But there is much more to the Doggfather than meets the eye.  Beneath that smooth exterior is a family man facing up to the challenges of raising three lively kids, an ardent advocate of sometimes controversial community causes and the passionately involved founder of ... a youth football league.  In this hilarious and heartwarming new series, E! takes viewers inside the everyday life of Calvin Broadus, Jr. to reveal what really makes Snoop Dogg tick.  The new half-hour reality series will debut late 2007 on E!

E!'s cameras will accompany Snoop to his offices and studio as he pursues his dynamic career as rapper, producer, actor and entrepreneur, bringing fans into behind-closed-door meetings and private recording sessions.  They will also be at his side when he uses his humor and street cred to inspire unity in the streets and in the rap game.  And they will follow him home, where his daughter and two sons clamor for attention (and follow his unique direction), an ever-changing number of pets are constantly underfoot and his wife, Shante, serves as a mother-figure to a lively extended family of relatives and friends.

Over the past 15 years, Calvin Broadus, Jr., affectionately called Snoop Dogg, has forged a unique and multi-faceted career path.  Never short on vision, drive or ambition, he has managed to redefine himself again and again, making music, movies, commercials, videos, books and even clothing that continue to lure fans.

With eight Platinum-selling albums under his belt -most recently, "Tha Blue Carpet Treatment," on which he reunited with Dr. Dre, the legendary production wizard who first gave him his start -Snoop reigns unchallenged as King of the West Coast hip hop scene.  In addition to hosting his own XM Satellite Radio show, "Welcome to da Chuuch with Big Snoop Dogg," he calls the shots as executive producer of XM's classic hip hop channel, The Rhyme.  He has also released the independent DVD Boss'n Up and launched Snoopadelic Films, which will soon be putting out Adventures of Tha Blue Carpet Treatment, a supplemental DVD with ten animated videos from "Tha Blue Carpet Treatment" album.

But Snoop's ambitions extend far beyond the recording studio and video stage.  Over the last few years, he has spent an increasing amount of time and energy on community issues, personally orchestrating the Protect the West Conference, aimed at keeping the peace within the hip hop community and creating opportunities for artists to share and build.  He has also become known as Coach to approximately 2,500 kids who belong to the Snoop Youth Football League, where they learn the importance of self-esteem, team spirit and old-fashioned hard work.  And reflecting his love of animals (not to mention his name), he's introduced his own Snoop Dogg line of pet products.

DAMLA DOGAN NAMED VICE PRESIDENT, ORIGINAL PROGRAMMING AND SERIES DEVELOPMENT FOR E! ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISION

Los Angeles, May 7, 2007 - E! Networks has appointed Damla Dogan to vice president, original programming and series development for E! Entertainment Television.  In this role, Dogan will oversee the development of programs for E!, collaborate with the outside creative community and forge key relationships within the entertainment industry on behalf of the network.  Dogan joins E! from VH1, where she served as director of series development and original programming.  The announcement was made today by Lisa Berger, executive vice president, original programming and series development for E!, to whom Dogan will report.

"Damla's outstanding experience coupled with her strong relationships with the industry's top creative minds make her an excellent addition to our development team," said Berger.  "We are very fortunate to have such a talented person on board as we continue to expand the network's new program development across a variety of genres."

Prior to joining E!, Dogan was director of series development and original programming for VH1 and served as the creative executive on the recent reality series DICE:  UNDISPUTED, SHOOTING SIZEMORE and THE FABULOUS LIFE PRESENTS:  REALLY RICH REAL ESTATE, as well as the upcoming  docu-soap THE ROCK LIFE and scripted ensemble comedy "I HATE MY 30's."

Dogan previously worked in both reality and scripted series production, including Roland Joffe's late night anthology series MTV's UNDRESSED and AMC's Emmy Award-winning series THE LOT.

E! and Style End Year On A High Note

Networks Experience Their Most Watched Year Ever

Los Angeles, January 3, 2006 - E! Networks ended 2006 with ratings success with E! Entertainment Television and Style Network experiencing their most watched years ever with an average 306,000 and 64,000 total viewers (p2+) respectively.

Up 5% in total viewers over 2005, E! also boasts significant growth with key demo groups, including persons 12-17 (+35%, 27,000), women 12-17 (+70%, 17,000), women 18-34 (+31%, 77,000), and women 35-49 (+23%, 52,000).

Annual increases at E! are a result of growth among core network franchises including E! News (31%),  THE SOUP (14%), GIRLS NEXT DOOR (28%), DR. 90210 (8%) and the addition of THE SIMPLE LIFE and THE DAILY 10 to the schedule.

Style too saw double digit growth in total viewers, up 21% over 2005.  Additionally, key demos saw a major spike in ratings with persons 12-17 (+50%, 6,000), women 12-17 (+40%, 5,000), women 18-34 (+29%, 14,000), and women 35-49 (+38%, 14,000), fueled by the success of such popular series as HOW DO I LOOK?, CLEAN HOUSE, STYLE HER FAMOUS and SPLIT ENDS.
