SCI FI CHANNEL GROWTH TREND FOR '07 CONTINUES WITH BEST NOVEMBER EVER IN TOTAL VIEWERS
AND YOUNGER DEMOS

The Unstoppable GHOST HUNTERS, GHOST HUNTERS LIVE HALLOWEEN SPECIAL and
BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: RAZOR are Program Highlights for the Month

New York, NY - November 28, 2007 - SCI FI Channel's total viewing
audience continues to grow as does its appeal with younger viewers
achieving its best November ever for viewers 18-34 (236,000 / +9%),
18-49 (573,000 / +3%), and 1.138 million total viewers (+3%). SCI FI
averaged a .9 HH rating and ranks 6th overall for the month among basic
cable entertainment networks in P25-54.

SCI FI's popularity with the younger female audience also continues
delivering the Channel's best November numbers ever with women 18-34
(103,000 / +11%) and 18-49 (250,000 / +6%). The Channel also reached a
demo high among men 18-34 (133,000 / +8%).

November Programming Highlights

In its fall season, GHOST HUNTERS hit double-digit increases and broke series and Channel records on Wednesday nights averaging a 1.6 HH rating
(+23%), 673,000 viewers 18-34 (+52%), 1,396,000 viewers 18-49 (+27%),
1,337,000 viewers 25-54 (+23%), and 2,149,000 total viewers (+29%). This
is the best season performance ever for the series.

The November 7th fall season finale of GHOST HUNTERS was the show's
most-watched regular series episode ever delivering a 1.8 HH rating,
843,000 viewers 18-34, 1,733,000 viewers 18-49, 1,664,000 viewers 25-54,
and 2,516,000 total viewers!

The 6-hour Halloween special GHOST HUNTERS Live brought in a 2.1 HH
rating from 9PM to 11PM, 1,883,000 viewers 18-49 and 1,814,000 viewers
25-54 marking the network's best Wednesday performance in both demos
since 2002 and the best Wednesday ever with non-miniseries programming.

The November 24th premiere of BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: RAZOR delivered a
1.21 HH rating and 1,723,000 total viewers, up +6% vs. the season 3.5
average for Live + Same Day. With 1,004,000 viewers 18-49, and 1,117,000
viewers 25-54, RAZOR was up +44% and +33% respectively vs. the year
to-date time period average.

SCI FI's record-setting November follows on the heels of a remarkable
ratings year for the Channel, including best second and third quarters
ever among younger viewers, and best October, April, May and June
ratings among key demographics.

SCI FI CHANNEL'S YEAR-TO-YEAR GROWTH CONTINUES WITH BEST OCTOBER EVER IN KEY DEMOS, HH DELIVERY AND TOTAL VIEWERS

New York, NY - October 31, 2006 - SCI FI Channel continues to break its own year-to-year ratings records now delivering its best October ever in all key measures.  The ongoing upward climb comes on the heels of best August, September, and 3rd quarter ratings performances for the Channel.

SCI FI has achieved Channel high numbers for October in: P25-54 (646,000), P18-49, (581,000), P18-34 (225,000), HH delivery (834,000), and total viewers (P2+ 1,137,000). Additionally, October 2006 has been the best October ever among the key male demos M18-34 (130,000) and M18-49 (337,000) as well as with key female demos F18-34 (95,000) and F18-49 (243,000).*

SCI FI's October prime (M-Su 8-11p) averaged a 0.95 HH rating up +2% vs. October '05. In key demos, SCI FI averaged 581,000 P18-49's (+4% vs. October 2005 558,000) and 646,000 P25-54s (+4% vs. October 2005 619,000).

Program Ratings Highlights:

*   To date, the third season of Ghost Hunters (season premiere Wednesday, October 11 at 9pm) is out delivering Season 2 by +29% among HH ratings, +21% among P2+, +28% among P18-34, +37% among P12-17, +37% among P18-49, and +35% among P25-54.

*   In its third season, Battlestar Galactica (season premiere Friday, October 6 at 9pm) is getting younger and outpacing Season 2.5 by +8% among P18-34 and +35% among the P12-17 audience.  It is also growing among the female audience, up +20% with F18-34, +20% with F18-49, and +21% with F25-54.  To date, Battlestar Galactica's median age is 1.6 years younger than Season 2.5 (40.5 vs. 42.1).

*   To date, SCI FI's annual 13 Days of Halloween stunt has led to increases vs. the same time period last year (10/19-10/30/05) in Total Day and Prime, most notably with the younger 18-34 demo.  (**Please note final ratings for the stunt will not be available until Tuesday's data is released)

SCI FI's 13 Days of Halloween is leading the pack of popular annual Halloween fright fests on cable. Compared to AMC's Monsterfest to date, SCI FI's 13 Days of Halloween stunt is up +3% in P18-49 and +5% in P25-54 (Total Day).

SCI FI's 13 Days of Halloween (Prime) so far is also outperforming ABC Family's 13 Nights of Halloween by +18% in P2+, +19% in P18-34, +28% in P18-49 and +50% in P25-54.

SCI FI CHANNEL CLOSES MAJOR DEAL WITH CBS PARAMOUNT TO ACQUIRE RIGHTS FOR TELEFILMS AND SERIES INCLUDING STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE

NEW YORK, NY-August 2, 2006-- SCI FI Channel has acquired the rights to multiple made-for-television movies and series from CBS Paramount Domestic Television, including Star Trek: Enterprise, the Star Trek prequel series starring Scott Bakula and Jolene Blalock, it was announced today by Thomas Vitale, SVP, Programming and Original Movies, SCI FI Channel.  The deal also includes exclusive cable rights to the classic series The Twilight Zone;  the series Tales from the Darkside;  several Stephen King miniseries; made-for-TV movies, including Primal Force and Trilogy of Terror II;  and series such as Haunted, Jake 2.0 and last fall's Threshold.

"We are delighted to be able to deliver so many successful programs to our audience," said Mr. Vitale in making the announcement.  "Our deal with CBS Paramount enables us to bring a great deal of fresh and extremely popular genre programming to our schedule."

Enterprise, which ran for four seasons between 2001-2005 on UPN, will premiere in early fall on the SCI FI Channel.  The popular anthology series, The Twilight Zone, created by Rod Serling, was renewed and will continue its exclusive run on the Channel.  Tales from the Darkside, the syndicated horror with a twist series, will premiere later this year.

Three highly acclaimed miniseries, including two from Stephen King, will also premiere exclusively this fall.  Invaders stars Scott Bakula as a man who discovers an alien conspiracy and attempts to foil their plot by warning the earth of imminent danger.  The Langoliers, originally one of four short stories in the Stephen King novel Four Past Midnight, stars Dean Stockwell and Patricia Wettig as passengers on a cross-country flight who awake to find that they and a small group of others are the only people left on earth.  Based on the novel by Stephen King, The Stand, starring Gary Sinise and Molly Ringwald, takes place in a world decimated by a man-made plague, where a battle of epic proportions ensues between the survivors,.

The deal also includes five made-for-television movies.  Inferno, directed by Dusty Nelson, stars Jeff Fahey and Janet Gunn;  Lost in the Bermuda Triangle stars Tom Verica and Charlotte d'Amboise;  Primal Force features Ron Perlman as a rescuer trying to reach plane crash victims trapped on an island with mutant baboons;  Sightings:  Heartland Ghost, with Beau Bridges and Nia Long, revolves around the crew of a reality TV show about the paranormal, who visit a small Kansas town to investigate a house that may be haunted; and Trilogy of Terror II, which begins where the first trilogy left off, featuring three spooky stories and starring Lysette Anthony.

Additionally, eight television series will premiere exclusively during the 2006-07 season.  

*    Haunted follows Lost's Matthew Fox as a detective haunted by lost souls from beyond the grave.

*    Threshold stars Carla Gugino as part of a team of experts who are assembled when the U.S. Navy discovers an extraterrestrial craft has landed in the Atlantic Ocean. 

*    Suspense thriller Wolf Lake, set in the Pacific Northwest, explores what happens when werewolves overtake a small Seattle suburb. It stars Sharon Lawrence and Scott Bairstow.

*    Christopher Gorham is Jake 2.0, a computer technician who is involved in a freak accident and begins to operate at an atomic level, possessing superhuman strength, lightning-fast speed, heightened hearing, magnified vision and the ability to communicate telepathically with computers. 

*    Kindred, the Embraced is a series based on the White Wolf role-playing game, Vampire:  the Masquerade.  Julian Luna, played by C. Thomas Howell, the undead Prince of the City, leads the Vampire Clans as he falls in love with Caitlin, a human reporter, played by Kelly Rutherford.

*    Fabrizio Filippo stars in Level 9, which follows a top-secret government unit that serves as the nation's last-and-only line of defense against high-tech criminal plots.  

*    Detectives Nick O'Malley (Michael Landes) and Kate Benson (Alexondra Lee) work in Special Unit 2, a secret precinct of the Chicago Police Department whose sole charge is to protect the city's citizens from Links, a malicious paranormal species that is the missing link between man and beast. 

*    All Souls explores the supernatural side of a 300-year-old South Boston hospital, starring Grayson McCouch, Reiko Aylesworth and Serena Scott Thomas.

SCI FI Channel unveiled an innovative slate of original series and miniseries, and also announced plans for an aggressive foray into late night programming, it was announced by Mark Stern, EVP, Original Programming, SCI FI Channel at the Television Critics Press Tour in Pasadena, California.  The newest slate from the channel, known for highly acclaimed series such as Battlestar Galactica, takes imagination to the ne! xt level and showcases partnerships with the industry's top cr! eative talents.

Outpost, the sweeping adventure miniseries from executive producer Lynda Obst (Contact, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days), centers on a group of private explorers in the near future that takes over an abandoned NASA research base after the government has abandoned space exploration as too expensive.  The intrepid explorers travel to a distant planet in our solar system to establish a potentially lucrative off-world colony.  But when they discover an ancient artifact buried deep beneath the planet's surface, the real adventure begins!  This epic miniseries is written by Eric Jendresen (Band of Brothers) and produced by astronomer David Grinspoon.

From Executive Producer Mark Burnett and Dreamworks Television comes Devil's Advocate, a one-hour conspiracy thriller from EP/Writer Jonas McCord (Earth: Final Conflict) about a theology professor who is thrust into the world of secret societies, religious espionage and genetic research. Hired by a global corpo! ration, but motivated by his own personal search for the truth, our professor forms an eclectic team of 'devil's advocates' who are charged with deciding whether bizarre cases can be explained naturally, or whether there are larger, more supernatural forces at work.  Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey are Executive Producing for Dreamworks Television. Devil's Advocate is from NBC Universal Television Studios.

From Ben Edlund, the creative force behind the comic book series The Tick, comes "Witch Doctor," a dramedy that mixes the worlds of medicine and the supernatural with warm human comedy.  As David seeks alternative treatments when traditional western medicine cannot cure him, he stumbles upon a little-known doctor with remarkable healing powers.  His suspicions that the doctor's powers extend into unknown realms are confirmed when David is unexpectedly imbued with the doctor's powers. Suddenly able to see the supernatural world that exists unseen all around us!, he reluctantly takes over the clinic and a secret medical ne! twork for the magical world.  Teaming with a female healer, David investigates the bizarre, to help those that traditional medicine cannot, all while navigating the world of the supernatural!

Alien Invasion is a hilarious and innovative computer-animated late-night comedy from Dave Goetsch (Executive Producer/Showrunner, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Creator/Executive Producer, Game Over.) Blending CG animation with live-action backgrounds, this half-hour comedy tracks the exploits of two hapless aliens and their attempts to take over the world from their home base in Venice, California - a place where they aren't even close to being the strangest folks on the block.

From Mark DeCarlo (Curb Your Enthusiasm, Jimmy Neutron) and game/reality show host Mark Walberg (Antiques Roadshow), Prove It, hosted by DeCarlo, is a light-hearted late-night panel discussion attempting to prove or disprove speculative and often outlandish sci-fi based theories.

Also, 'Eureka,' SCI FI's new Original Series about a secret U.S. town full of geniuses, led the c! able pack and broke Channel records with its two-hour premiere! last night (9-11pm).  'Eureka' is the highest rated series telecast in SCI FI Channel history.  Here's the breakdown:

Original Series From Insight Film Studios Premieres January 2007 Syndication Window Follows in the Fall

Pasadena, CA - July 13, 2006 - SCI FI has greenlit production on Painkiller Jane, a female superhero actioner from Vancouver> '> s Insight Film Studios and Kickstart Comics.  Production on 22 one-hour episodes will begin next month at Insight Film Studios in Vancouver.  The series will premiere on SCI FI starting in January 2007, followed by a domestic broadcast weekly syndication window in Fall 2007.  Cast has not yet been finalized.

Based on the eponymous comic book created by Jimmy Palmiotti and Joe Quesada, Painkiller Jane is the story of Jane Vasko, a young researcher trying to make a difference as the world faces its greatest drug addiction epidemic.  When Jane catches wind of a budding conspiracy, and a secret research program within her corporation, she turns DEA informant.  Thus threatening to expose corruption within one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, Jane becomes a target.  However, she is accidentally exposed to an experimental > "> cure> "> that renders her impervious to sickness and injury - but not pain.  Unfortunately for Jane, these powers come at a price:  she has less than a month left to live before the cure> '> s unstable nature overtakes her.  Jane continues to develop new abilities.  After each injury, she heals stronger than she had been.  But the pain remains and intensifies as she races to turn the tables on her pursuers, and save her own life.
