QUINCY, Mass. – Atlantic Broadband, the nation's 9th largest cable operator, today announced the appointments of new leadership in its South Carolina, Florida, Maryland and Delaware regions. All three will be VPs and General Managers in their respective regions with Debbie Eblen heading up the South Carolina, Elizabeth Michelsen overseeing Florida, and Scott Randall heading up the Maryland and Delaware regions.

In their new leadership roles with the company, Eblen, Michelsen and Randall will oversee residential and business customer operations, technical support and local marketing and sales initiatives in Atlantic Broadband’s growing South Carolina, Florida, Maryland and Delaware regions. 

Eblen, who most recently served as Atlantic Broadband’s Business Sales and Service Director for South Carolina, will oversee residents and businesses in Aiken, Allendale, Fairfax, Barnwell and the surrounding service areas including Graniteville, Jackson, New Ellenton, Wagener and Warrenville. 

Michelsen will oversee residents and businesses in Miami Beach and surrounding areas to include: Aventura, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Golden Beach, North Bay Village, Pinecrest, South Miami, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, plus Brickell, the Biscayne corridor and downtown Miami. Most recently, Michelsen served as the Vice President and General Manager for Atlantic Broadband’s Maryland and Delaware region.  

The Maryland and Delaware regions that Randall will oversee, includes residents and businesses in the following Maryland communities: Chestertown, Centreville, Grasonville, Perryville, Kent Island, Queenstown, Rock Hall, Church Hill, St. Michaels, Stevensville and Chesapeake City as well as Middletown, Del. and the following surrounding communities including Delaware City, New Castle, Odessa, Port Penn, St. Georges, Townsend and Clayton. Most recently, Randall served as the Vice President and General Manager for Atlantic Broadband’s southern Pennsylvania region.
