Endemol Shine North America has entered into a strategic partnership with Ryan Seacrest Productions (RSP), it was announced today by Charlie Corwin and Cris Abrego, Co-Chairmen and Co-CEOs of Endemol Shine North America and Ryan Seacrest, Founder/Chairman Ryan Seacrest Productions.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in December 2015.
Ryan Seacrest Productions’ unscripted programming division joins Endemol Shine North America’s family of award-winning subsidiary production companies, including Authentic Entertainment, Original Media, True Entertainment and 51 Minds Entertainment.
Endemol Shine North America is part of the Endemol Shine Group, a global content creator, producer and distributor with one of the most extensive and diverse portfolios of international hits in the world.
In North America alone, Endemol Shine oversees a diverse programming lineup of more than 1,000 hours of hit series across broadcast, cable, syndication and digital platforms. These include “Big Brother” (CBS), “Bullseye” (FOX), “MasterChef” and “MasterChef Junior” (Fox), “The Island” (NBC), “The Biggest Loser” (NBC), “Hell on Wheels” (AMC), “Kingdom” (DirecTV), “Wipeout” (ABC) and nationally syndicated “Steve Harvey.”

Seacrest launched Ryan Seacrest Productions (RSP) in 2006, and has since become an Emmy-winning entertainment production company creating unscripted, scripted and digital programming. RSP is currently producing the network hit series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” (E!) and spin-offs “Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons” (E!) and “Dash Dolls” (E!), “E! Live from the Red Carpet” (E!), “Shahs of Sunset” (BRAVO), “Becoming Us” (ABC Family) and “I Love Kellie Pickler “(CMT). The company produced the Emmy Award-winning reality series “Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution” (ABC).
Jeff Refold will continue as COO/CFO for Ryan Seacrest Productions, and Eugene Young will continue as President, Unscripted Programming for RSP.
RSP’s scripted division, under the leadership of EVP Scripted Programming Nina Wass, will continue its overall deal at CBS Studios. RSP is currently producing the scripted drama series Shades of Blue (NBC) starring Jennifer Lopez set to premiere in 2015.
