Cannes, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Luxembourg – The first Asia Pacific channel for men, LifeStyle TV (LSTV), announced today that the first season of the multi-award winning drama Mad Men will air across the pan Asian region beginning November 2014. Produced by Lionsgate, the 13 x one hour series is created, written and executive produced by Emmy® and Golden Globe® winner Matthew Weiner in association with Weiner Bros.
Set in New York in the 1960's, Mad Men has riveted audiences with its depiction of the seductive and intriguing world of Madison Avenue advertising. The outstanding ensemble cast includes Golden Globe® winner Jon Hamm, January Jones, Vincent Kartheiser, Elisabeth Moss, Christina Hendricks, John Slattery, Jessica Pare, Aaron Staton, Rich Sommer, Robert Morse, Kiernan Shipka, Christopher Stanley, Jay Ferguson, Ben Feldman, Kevin Rahm and Harry Hamlin.
Mad Men is one of the most honored series in television history. The series has won three consecutive Golden Globes® for Best Drama and with its fourth consecutive Emmy® win for Outstanding Drama Series, it tied the all-time record for Emmy® wins in the category, joining an illustrious group of only three other shows that have achieved this milestone (Hill Street Blues, L.A. Law, The West Wing). The series has been named one AFI's Top 10 Outstanding Television Programs of the Year six times, and earned numerous additional awards.

In addition to Mad Men, Lionsgate’s Blue Mountain State, an American comedy series that premiered on Spike on January 11th, 2010, will also premiere on the channel. Produced by Lionsgate Television, the series was created by former producers of “How I Met Your Mother” and “The Sarah Silverman Program”, Chris Romano and Eric Falconer. The series is about a fictional university, Blue Mountain State, and its football team, "The Mountain Goats”. It portrays certain aspects of American university life, including football, sex, binge drinking, drugs and wild partying.
