New York, NY and Bellevue, WA — JANUARY 11, 2016 fuboTV (www.fubo.tv) today announced that fuboTV subscribers can now watch all the live sports and entertainment they want on their smartphones without using their LTE data on T-Mobile. Starting today, fuboTV is included in T-Mobile’s list of Binge On video providers, so fuboTV subscribers on a qualifying T-Mobile Simple Choice plan will automatically get these benefits. No hoops to jump through. No need to sign up. It just works. And the best part—there’s absolutely no extra charge.

T-Mobile customers can watch fuboTV up to 3x longer with Binge On thanks to technology built into T-Mobile’s network that optimizes video for mobile devices at DVD quality (usually 480p) or better. An hour of full resolution video can use up to 3 GB of data, and an hour of DVD quality video uses roughly 1 GB – meaning T-Mobile customers get more mileage and video viewing from their high-speed data. To top it off, fuboTV subscribers with Binge On can watch video content without seeing their high-speed wireless data get used up. On the carriers’ wireless networks, those full-res videos could push customers into overages and more expensive monthly plans.

fuboTV provides soccer fans with access to their favorite teams’ matches live. This includes the ability to stream live matches from La Liga, MLS, Liga MX, Serie A, Football League Cup and Primeira Liga and other top leagues and tournaments from the desktop and through iOS, Android and other leading Internet connected devices. In addition to the best football matches from around the world, fuboTV also provides access to other sports and entertainment content, all available on one platform.

“Working with T-Mobile affirms our commitment to deliver an unparalleled experience, not only from a content perspective, but also now from a streaming position,” said fuboTV Co-Founder & CEO David Gandler. “We will continue to seek out bold, new relationships that drive significant value to our fast growing subscriber base”

Watching video, including fuboTV, is the No.1 way people use their wireless data. In fact, video now accounts for a full 45% of all wireless data used by Americans—up from just 17% last year. And mobile video is poised to take off in an even bigger way in the coming years. According to forecasts, mobile video usage is poised to surge nearly 600% by 2020.

Starting immediately, fuboTV subscribers who are also T-Mobile Simple Choice postpaid customers will be able to stream fuboTV through Binge On. For more information, see www.t-mobile.com/bingeon
