MFM’s March ‘Lunch and Learn’ to Offer Insights into Robotics Process Automation

NORTHFIELD, IL. - March 15, 2019 – The Ins and Outs of Robotic Process Automation is the topic of the upcoming Distance Learning Webinar hosted by Media Financial Management Association (MFM), and its BCCA subsidiary, which serves as the media industry’s credit association. Vanessa Keating, Digital Finance and GBS Advisory Director, The Hackett Group, will be the presenter for the webinar. In her current role, she works with clients to understand, access, and implement ‘smart automation’ technologies and frameworks across their organization. The webinar will be broadcast Thursday, March 21 at 1:00 p.m. ET.

The webcast will provide an overview of the foundational building blocks needed to ensure a successful Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program. These include best practices and how to prepare an organization for some of the challenges ahead; market trends and considerations; the importance of having a solid governance model; benefits, and risks. In addition, the session will cover some use cases and application considerations. What makes a process a good candidate for automation…or not? Immediately following the webcast, there will be an opportunity for open Q&A.

Keating has more than 15 years’ experience in business transformation, digital operations, process optimization, and performance management. She is host and facilitator of Hackett’s RPA Roundtable series, which brings together automation leaders across industries to discuss challenges, best practices, and trends in RPA and broader smart automation technologies.
