Brisbane, California-- Mode Media, a privately held Top 10 US Media Company, today announced the appointment of Jack Rotolo as Interim Chief Executive Officer, succeeding the company’s founder Samir Arora, who is stepping down as CEO but will continue to serve on the Board of Directors.
As part of the early executive team of Mode Media, formerly known as Glam Media, Jack spearheaded the company’s sales organization and was responsible for building operations in both the U.S. and internationally. A recognized leader in digital brand advertising, Jack has held various operational positions at Mode including President, Global Sales and Operations. Jack has a proven track record of building and managing sales operations and teams, which informed the Board’s decision to select him to lead the company as the Interim CEO.
Jack has more than 25 years of executive management experience with leading consumer and media technology brands including PepsiCo and Apple.
As Interim CEO, Jack Rotolo will be responsible for guiding the company’s leadership strategy in content and video.
