NEW YORK  (November 5, 2015) – Participant Media’s television network, Pivot, announced today that it will now be carried by Buckeye CableSystem as a new expanded basic cable channel. Launched in 2013 and seen in over 51 million households, Pivot offers a slate of programming including the critically acclaimed “Please Like Me,” written by and starring by Josh Thomas, and eco-adventure series “The Operatives,” as well as longform documentaries, specials, and theatrical movies that all inspire positive social change. Starting immediately, Pivot can be seen in SD on Buckeye CableSystem channel 85 and in HD on channel 571.

“We believe Pivot will resonate with viewers in our area and we are proud to bring an entertaining, responsible network to our viewers,” said Brad Mefferd, chief administrative officer for Buckeye CableSystem.

The deal brings Pivot programming in standard and high definition to homes in Toledo and Sandusky, Ohio.
