Richard Drew Joins Scott Brothers Entertainment As VP Development


Richard Drew joins Scott Brothers Entertainment as Vice President, Development it was announced today by Scott Brothers Entertainment co-founders Jonathan and Drew Scott. 

In his new role, Drew will work alongside Josie Crimi, Executive Vice President, Development & Production, overseeing the development department, originating all new formats and talent-driven pitches, presentations and pilots.

In making the announcement Jonathan says, “Richard is a talented executive, who brings tremendous experience and creativity.” Drew adds, “Richard is an asset to Scott Brothers Entertainment as we grow our line-up of content.”

 Prior to joining Scott Brothers Entertainment, Drew was founder and president of Savannah Media, a New York based production company that inked development deals with several networks including Bravo, Oxygen, TLC, GSN and LMN, among others. Earlier in his career, Drew also served as a consulting executive producer for NBC’s Peacock Productions and was vice president of Zig Zag New York.

Drew began his career in television in London, working on the children’s series Scratchy & Co, the groundbreaking morning show The Big Breakfast as well as Big Brother, Fame Academy and Survivor: Panama.
