TLC Adds Two Bridal Series To Wedding Program Lineup


Los Angeles – TLC says “I do” to its two recent bridal specials that aired this summer. Set to premiere in spring 2015, BRIDE BY DESIGN and CURVY BRIDES offer viewers a whole new look into every bride’s search for her perfect wedding gown.Featuring Alabama-based bridal designer Heidi Elnora, BRIDE BY DESIGN has been picked up for an additional 10 episodes. Meanwhile, TLC has ordered 12 more episodes of CURVY BRIDES which follows sisters and bridal shop owners Yukia and Yuneisia Harris. Both series showcase women looking to turn the wedding dress of their dreams into reality.

BRIDE BY DESIGN commences production this November and will follow Heidi and her dedicated staff as they turn their personalized attention and Southern charm to the task of creating custom wedding gowns as unique as the brides wearing them. Heidi also joins Sam Saboura in the upcoming premiere of TLC’s SOMETHING BORROWED, SOMETHING NEW on Friday, October 10 at 10PM (ET/PT), to transform co-host Kelly’s “something borrowed” dress into a newly imagined piece of bridal couture. Heidi thinks every bride is one of a kind, and should have a custom gown to match.

CURVY BRIDES is set to resume production this month with cameras following the Harris sisters at New York International Bridal Week. The full season will continue to highlight the owners of Curvaceous Couture on their mission to help women of all shapes and sizes slip seamlessly into the gown of their dreams.
