NEW YORK and LOS ANGELES – Fuse (www.fuse.tv), a national television network for the fast-growing, Latino and multicultural 18-34 audience, has announced UPROARIOUS, a new comedy series featuring the hottest up-and-coming comedians on the stand-up circuit, will premiere Friday, October 7 at 11 p.m. ET/PT.
Actor, comedian, and YouTube personality Jimmy Tatro ("22 Jump Street," "Grown Ups 2”) will host the 10-part, half hour series showcasing the next wave of young comedians on the rise. With a rapid-fire contemporary format and an air of unpredictability, each episode will feature short sets, sketches, music and parody videos, digital shorts, and cutting-edge field pieces from today’s most promising stand-up talent and emerging digital personalities. The series was taped at the world famous Irvine Improv (CA) last April.
The premiere episode kicks off with Mike Polk Jr., Molly Ruben-Long and Jesus Trejo, with following episodes showcasing the wit and comedic wisdom of Ricarlo Flanagan, Emma Willmann, Orlando Leyba, Brendan Lynch, Doug Smith, Reggie Conquest, Erik Bergstrom, Danny Palumbo, Jordan Doll, Janelle James, Joey Bragg, Pat Brown, Casey James Salengo, David Perdue, Blair Socci, Kyle Ayers, Abby Rosenquist, David Gborie, Caleb Synan, Gabe Dinger, Kelsey Cook, Shane Torres, Ben Moore, Chris Charpentier and Julie Scoggins.
