(NEW YORK, NY)—VH1’s new series “Baller Wives” dominated Monday night with a 1.14 rating (P18-49). 2.3 million viewers tuned in for the series premiere and encore viewing of the new Miami-based series. “Baller Wives” was the #1 non-sports cable program in its time slot and the third most social show of the night.
On the heels of football season, “Baller Wives” follows pro athletes Michael Vick, Brent Grimes, Asante Samuel, Chris Chambers, Julius Jones, Channing Crowder and their wives as they navigate love, family, business and balling in the world where relationships are complicated and the competition between neighbors is thick. While the men may call the shots on the field, it's the ladies who truly run the game. New episodes will premiere Monday nights at 9PM ET/PT on VH1.
“Baller Wives” is executive produced by Michael Vick and Kijafa Vick. Pam Healey, Lisa Shannon, Chris Costine, John Paparazzo, Michelle Kongkasuwan, Dave Kuba and John H. Kelleher are executive producing for Shed Media. Nina L. Diaz, Liz Fine, Fernando Mills and Paula Aranda are executive producers for VH1.
