Lexington, Ky –Viamedia, the television industry’s largest independent cable TV ad management company, and premium burger chain, Hardee’s®, today named Dustin Stamper from Breathitt County, Kentucky the winner of their third annual Viamedia & Hardee’s $10,000 College Fund Contest. Currently a senior nursing student at Morehead State University, Stamper was selected based on his commitment to community service and passion for helping the elderly.

Speaking to the importance of these funds, Stamper said, “This scholarship allows me to continue my lifelong journey of learning and service, so I cannot put into words how much this college fund means to me.”
In addition to serving as a nursing student during the week, Stamper spends his weekends volunteering at a local nursing home. He hopes to work there full time after graduation.
During the selection process the scholarship was open to all Kentucky students enrolled in a Kentucky college, university or eligible educational institute by November 1, 2015 who had a 2.5 GPA or higher and were at least 17 years old.
