Washington, DC - Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) announces the 2019 Woman of the Year - Operator, Lee Schroeder, EVP, Government & Community Affairs and Chief Diversity Officer, Altice USA; and Woman of the Year - Programmer, Jennifer Caserta, Chief Transformation & People Officer, AMC Networks. Woman of the Year is WICT's highest individual accolade bestowed on individuals who embody WICT's mission to develop women leaders who transform the industry. Honorees have achieved top industry status and show great resolve to help others along their path.
WICT also announced the esteemed 2019 Woman to Watch honorees from an operator, programmer and technology organization, respectively: Susan Anable, VP, Public Affairs, Cox Communications; Meeka Bondy, SVP, Business Affairs & Legal, HBO; and Zenita Henderson, VP, Marketing and Business Development, SCTE•ISBE. The Woman to Watch distinction recognizes leaders who show tremendous growth and progression through their professional goals with a strong commitment to their companies and the industry at large.
Honorees will receive their awards during the WICT Touchstones Luncheon on Monday, September 16, at the New York Marriott Marquis, in conjunction with the annual WICT Leadership Conference, as part of Cable's Diversity Week. AMC Networks returns as the exclusive Premier Sponsor of the Touchstones Luncheon.

Susan Anable, Vice President of Public Affairs, Southwest Region, is responsible for media relations, community relations, government affairs and internal communications for Cox in Arizona and Nevada. From 1991 to 2001, Susan was part of the Arizona State Senate Research Staff, serving as Staff Director and Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment Analyst when she left to join Cox in 2001.
