AMC’s anthology horror series The Terror: Infamy and OWN’s drama series David Makes Man tops the list of scripted series debuting during the week of Aug. 12 to Aug. 18.

The Terror: Infamy, debuting Aug. 12, will focus on a series of bizarre deaths that haunt a Japanese-American community, and a young man's journey to understand and combat the entity responsible, according to the network.

OWN’s Aug. 14 premiere of David Makes Man -- produced by Alivn McCraney (Moonlight) follows a 14-year old African-American male who focuses on education as an escape from a turbulent home life, according to the network.

On the reality front, Paramount on Aug. 18 will premiere a documentary on the life of actor Patrick Swayze dubbed I Am Patrick Swayze.
